Tourism of India

Amritsar is one of the major tourist places of the state Punjab. To cover up the tourist attractions in Amritsar, two days will be enough. After the two days of tour, jammu is the best place to visit from there. The road which connects amritsar to jammu, is good but the highway is one lane road. Its better to start the journey within 9 am from Amritsar as because it will take a long time to finally reach jammu. If the journey is started at 9 am then you will reach jammu at around 6.30 pm. You will see a range of small hills when you will reach near to the border of punjab and jammu & kashmir. Generaly the border place is very crowded and there all tourist buses and cars take a hault for atleast 15 minutes as because they have to issue a special pass to enter the state jammu & kashmir. After entering into the state, the road goes just beside of small hills and the view of both sides of the road is awesome. It will take another 1 hour to finally reach jammu from the border.
